Reverse meeting procedure
1- The meeting starts with the chairperson asking for a motion to open the meeting!
2- Chairperson asks for any last minutes comments.
3- Awards will be given.
4- Chairperson concludes the meeting and asks for guests comments on the meeting.
5- Chairperson hands over the meeting to Toastmaster.

6- Toastmaster hands over the meeting to General Evaluator with his concluding comments.
7- GE asks for grammarian report. Grammarian report will be something made up for the meeting (number of times word of the week has been used, pause fillers, good use of language, and number of word of the week used; in this case, people will try to do whatever the grammarian mentions, like if she says “X, I liked your use of …” then X should try to use during the meeting!!!
8- General Evaluator gives his/her general evaluation. Again, members will try to put GE’s words in to their actions; to make it real!
9- GE asks members to vote for best evaluator.
10- Evaluators will deliver their evaluation. Again, speakers should try to use evaluation tips and points in their speech!
11- GE turns the control of the meeting back to Toastmaster.

12- Toastmaster asks members to vote for the best speech (that they haven’t seen yet!)
13- Toastmaster introduces each speaker. After each speech, Toastmaster will ask evaluators to read the speech objectives!
14- After speeches, Toastmaster will talk a few minutes about Toastmasters program, manuals, mentorship, etc.
15- Intermission

16- After the break, Toastmaster thanks Table Topics Master for her/his session.
17- Toastmaster hands over the meeting to TTM.
18- TTM asks members to vote for the best TT speaker (before even they have seen the speeches!)
19- TTM asks for instant evaluation before the Table Topics speaker. TT speakers will try to act exactly in the way their evaluator said (“+” and “-” points)
20- TTM gives a brief description about the session and the theme!
21- TTM returns the control of the meeting back to Toastmaster.
22- Toastmaster returns the control of the meeting back to chairperson.

23- Chairperson closes the business session and then goes through reading the minutes and announcements!
24- Chairperson opens the business session.
25- Smaller roles; toast, moment of humour, moment of reflection, tip of the day.
26- Chairperson asks guests to Introduce themselves.
27- Chairperson asks the grammarian to describe her/his role.
28- Chairperson Introduces the head table , mentions the changes to the agenda, and opens the meeting with her/his comments.
29- Chairperson hand over to Sgt-at-arms.
30- Sgt-at-arms opens the meeting!
