McGill Toastmasters Open House & 400th meeting celebration (Oct. 13)

Have you ever felt nervous at the thought of speaking in public? Want to present your thesis to a class, but didn’t know how to start? Want to market yourself to a potential employer, or improve your career and professional opportunities?


The McGill Toastmasers Club understand your needs and wants to help! Come to our OPEN HOUSE.


When: Tuesday, October 13, 2009, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Where: 688 Sherbrooke St. West. (Suite number will be provided when you reserve your seat.)



Learn about how Toastmasters can help you, watch some of our speakers in action, and see the benefits of joining such a dynamic club! At the same time, we’ll also be celebrating our 400th meeting! Refreshments will be served.


The McGill Toastmasters Club is a member club of Toastmasters International, a worldwide organization dedicated to helping people improve their communication and leadership skills, and achieve their full potential! Regular meetings occur weekly, year round, every Tuesday from 5:30-8:00pm.

We are part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping people improve their communication, public speaking and leadership skills.

The McGill club is a very friendly club, with members of all ages and backgrounds. Membership is not restricted to McGill staff and students, but is open to anybody who wishes to come along.
